Audit Log
=========

All actions performed through the WIP user interface are recorded in the audit logs. These logs can be reviewed in the **Audit Log** pane of the WIP application.

To access the audit logs, navigate to :menuselection:`Settings --> Audit Log` from the Navigation sidebar.

Each log entry includes the following details:

- **Timestamp** of the action
- **User name** who performed the action
- **Description** of the action
- **Service name** involved

You can filter the audit log entries using the standard filtering options. For more information, see :ref:`screen.grid.filter`.
