WIP Login¶
You can access the Wood InsightsPlatform (WIP) User Interface using a unique HTTPS URL, which is provided by Wood for your specific deployment.
To log in, follow the steps below:
Open the URL provided by Wood.
On the main WIP page, click Log In at the bottom of the page.
Depending on your account type, proceed as follows:
If you have a local account, enter your username and password under Local Account and click Login. You can select the Remember My Login checkbox if you want to be automatically logged in next time with your credentials.
If you have an external account, click Wood PLC Azure AD under External Account. This takes you to another page where you can log in with your external account credentials.
Result
The WIP UI opens and your user credentials are displayed in the upper right corner of the application. You can click it to change your password or log out.

Authentication Modes¶
WIP supports various authentication mechanisms, which are outlined in the table below:

Application Authentication |
The WIP application stores usernames and passwords as users are created or modified. |

Leverages a network Active Directory for authentication. User accounts must be in the Active Directory to gain access to WIP. |

Validates user credentials against Azure authentication. |
