Use Application Manager

The Application Manager allows you to integrate custom-built external applications into the Wood InsightsPlatform (WIP). Once registered, these applications can be scheduled using the Scheduling Service.

To upload an external application to WIP, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose Configuration ‣ Sequencing & Applications ‣ Application Manager from the menu.

  2. Click the add Add button on the toolbar.

  3. In the Application Details Configuration dialog:

    1. Enter a name and a description for the application.

    2. Under File Name, choose an existing application from the dropdown list of previously uploaded files.

    3. Alternatively, click Upload to add a new application file from your local directory.

    4. Select the Enabled checkbox to make the application available for scheduling.

  4. Save your entries.
